Commission Designs and Customization

We do our best to work with individual customers. Commissioned or customized pieces ship on average within 2 weeks of ordering. Some may take less time if there are no back orders due to varying production circumstances and individual order requests. A deposit of $20-$50 is due upon ordering and deducted from final payment when order is ready. We will notify you with a photo of the finished product. The customer must verify the order for us to complete shipping. If the customer does not respond within 48 hours of notification the item will be restocked and placed for sale. Deposits are non refundable .

We understand inflation has been challenging. As a small business we also feel the pinch. Prices of precious metals fluctuate greatly during economic crisis so we also have to price accordingly. To make purchases more affordable we offer payment options including Layaway. We reserve the right to negotiate plans on an individual customer basis . This offer is only for items priced over $150.

A word on Repairs

Repairs on items purchased from us will be priced

on individual circumstances +cost of labor+materials. (Note: we are not in the business of repairing jewelry made outside our shop)

Customizing any design is a labor intensive effort no matter what the request is and for this reason bringing to us your own stone to set or other materials does not make our labor more cost effective. Although we understand the sentiment that personal jewelry carries with it, our business purpose is to design new jewelry you will love, not recondition jewelry purchased elsewhere. We work with a certain high grade of silver sheet and we carry a full stock of various natural stones and crystals which we hand cut and shape in shop.
